News for my discerning flute ensemble friends: now you can see “Little Bell” on YouTube as performed by the arranger himself. Yes, Paul Fried. is playing all 5 parts. Isn’t modern technology wonderful? The graphics on this video are super too!
Kudos to The Flute Society of Washington, Inc. for sponsoring a terrific Mid-Atlantic Flute Fair in Reston, VA on February 18th & 19th.
Their guest artists, Tadeu Coelho and Ian Clarke, were amazing as usual, along with accompanist Tim Carey.
I was thrilled that four of our ScoreVivo pieces were featured in various flute choir reading sessions and performances: Rustic Dance, A Little Joy, Corbit’s Charge, and Seventeen Come Sunday.
Many thanks to Sharyn Byer and Wendy Kumer for selecting them and congratulations to Al Hager, Jonathan Cohen, and myself!
