Invention No. 1 in the style of J.S. Bach for flute or string duet

$7.00

In a Counterpoint class, we studied Bach’s 15 Inventions, which seemed to invade and take over my psyche. What interesting music! The final exam was to compose an Invention of our own, which proved to be a delightful endeavor that resulted in this composition. It is a duet that may be played by varying combinations of 2 flutes or 2 strings or even all of the above playing together in ensemble.
